Dear Local 1182 Dental Plan Participant:

In your best interest, your President Alexander Sadik, and the Board of Trustees have approved an The CWA 1182 Elite Specialty Network. This network provides many Board-Certified Specialists such as Endodontists, Periodontists, Oral Surgeons, and Pediatric Dentists. Additionally, if you cannot locate a participating Provider this network has General Dentists and a national network through UNICARE in all 50 states.

This new enhanced network can provide the highest quality dental care at the most affordable costs. Please note, ALL other benefits remain the same. Utilizing one of these specialists will save you and your family out-of-pocket expenses. You may still visit your Current General Dentist and utilize these dentists for specialty work when necessary.

All root canals, Oral Surgery, Periodontal Work and Pediatric visits may be done through the CWA 1182 Elite Specialty Network of Providers.

Your Individual Annual maximum remains $1,500.

The Pediatric Orthodontic Lifetime Maximum is $1,000.
